Wild Tea Global Agency Agreement;
In view of the fact that Party A’s Wild Tea Official Website has tea export qualifications and intends to authorize tea sales to agents, the two parties have reached the following agreement on Party A’s Wild Tea Official Website and the agent’s tea export and related matters after in-depth friendly negotiations:
1. Agency matters
The authorized products are: (all products of the Wild Tea official website agency center). For specific specifications and quantities, please refer to the export goods customs declaration issued by Party A.
2. Quality, packaging and labeling requirements for exported tea
1. Party A shall ensure that the quality of exported tea meets the relevant standards and laws and regulations of the importing country, and provide corresponding quality inspection reports.
2. Party A shall ensure that the packaging of exported tea complies with the relevant standards and laws and regulations of the importing country, and ensure that the text, pattern and color of the labels on the packaging are accurate.
3. Party A shall ensure that the labeling of exported tea does not infringe any intellectual property rights.
3. Agency fees and payment methods
1. Party A: Wild Tea official website charges agency fees from the agent according to the official website standard ($2888) ($9888) ($18,888).
2. Party A: After receiving the agency fee paid by Party A, Wild Tea Official Website shall promptly provide comprehensive services to the agent.
3. The agency fee payment method is USDT digital wallet payment. Party A shall remit the agency fee to the USDT account designated by Party B’s Wild Tea official website.
4. Confidentiality Clause
1. Both parties shall keep the content and performance of this Agreement confidential and shall not disclose it to any third party.
2. No party may provide part or all of the contents of this Agreement to a third party or use it for other purposes without the written consent of the other party.
3. Both parties shall keep confidential information involving business secrets and take necessary measures to prevent information leakage.
